Conway Piling Ltd was established in 1997 by Lar Conway, Managing Director.

The company started out with mini piling works which consisted of stabilization of existing buildings due to subsidence problems.

The company then progressed into Mini Piling works for new build extensions and units for residential and commercial buildings.

                                                                                                                                

 

Conway Piling from there diversified into Precast Concrete Driven, timber and steel piling works while over the following years purchased piling machines such as a 25 ton rig which comes with a 2 ton impact hammer to a 60 ton Junttan PM20, which comes with a 5 ton impact hammer.

With such machines the company has the capability to carry out driven piling works for projects such as:

• Housing developments.
• Industrial buildings.
• Foundations for roads and rail, bridges,
• Foundations for wind turbine construction etc..                                    

Conway Piling manufacture precast concrete piles from 200mm sq to 400mm sq and in lengths of single segments up to 15mtrs. long.

For requirements in excess of 15mtrs. a mechanical locking joint system is then incorporated into the manufacture of such piles.

                                                                        

Conway Piling also supply and install vinyl sheet piles which are an ecological, cheap and maintenance free solution to ground retention projects.
